Brambly Hedge is Back!

Imagine my excitement when I went into Foyles on Charing Cross Road to get a new copy of Mr Magnolia only to stumble upon the newly printed Brambly Hedge collection! Jill Barklem’s exquisitely illustrated and charmingly written series of books all about the sweetest little country mouse community was a favourite of mine as a child but when I tried to buy a copy last year I discovered that it was no longer in print. A travesty that has now been rectified! I have just bought the Complete Brambly Hedge which would make an excellent gift for a special occasion. Apologies to the staff of Foyles for my jubilant squeals and the twirl.
